In this post I am sharing a few photos of the Moon, Saturn and Jupiter that I clicked with the help of my telescope. I hope to share more pictures soon.
This is an inverted image because reflector telescopes produce inverted images.
Saturn
Viewing Saturn through the telescope was a treat. The planet looked magnificent with its majestic rings.
Jupiter
Though it can't be seen in this picture, I could see the latitudinal cloud bands on Jupiter.
I have a 130mm reflector telescope with 10mm eyepiece that can magnify the image by 65 times. Since I don't have a camera that could be attached to the telescope, I had to use my phone's 5MP camera. It was very difficult to click these pictures as the aperture of a 10 mm eyepiece is very small. And as the camera is not powerful, the picture resolution is low.
Here are the pictures
The Moon
The Moon looked beautiful through the 10 mm eyepiece as it filled up the entire field of view.

Jupiter
Though it can't be seen in this picture, I could see the latitudinal cloud bands on Jupiter.
Four of the largest moons of Jupiter have been labeled. All the moons appear along the diagonal of the picture because the camera was tilted while clicking the picture
This is so awe inspiring! You can finally see the planets you have always read about.
